Method of communication depends on expectation of response :-) Which is to say, email is most quickly answered (by the minute), telephone gets answered a couple of times a day, and physical mail, whilst eagerly received, unfortunately requires the most self-discipline to respond to. The optimal form of communication is goofey, but since this essentially a Monash thing, you probably don't want to use it unless you are on the Monash network :-)
