Oh Mr Gatehouse?

When forming any kind of directory it is useful to distinguish between real people and objects/roles, like 'Computer Room' and 'Enquiries'. Often such a task is easier by the fact that most objects are clearly distinguished from people. But sometimes there are certain anomolies, like Mr Gatehouse.
